Instructional Departments
At Arkansas School for the Deaf and Blind (ARDB), instructional services are designed to ensure every student has full access to learning in ways that meet their individual strengths and needs. Our educators provide specialized, student-centered instruction that integrates accessible materials, adaptive strategies, and evidence-based practices for Deaf, Blind, and DeafBlind learners. Through small group and individualized instruction, aligned supports, and purposeful collaboration among teachers and service providers, ARDB creates engaging learning environments that promote academic growth, independence, and preparation for life beyond school.
We serve students ages 3-21 who are Deaf, Blind, or DeafBlind who reside in the state of Arkansas at no cost. Out-of-state residents are welcome to apply for tuition-based education.
